For the past 9 years, middle and high school students from FCC have served the surrounding community by packing a Christmas meal for hundreds of families, as well as giving extra food to stock their cupboards! For more details, visit our website.
We need students to help unload food, organize food, pack food, hand out meals, and more! This year we will be doing curbside pick-up; there will be no deliveries.
We will have multiple shifts and we are asking students to sign up for ONLY ONE SHIFT, as we have many people who want to help with this event.
SHIFTS:
Friday, December 15th // HIGH SCHOOL ONLY: 4:00-5:30pm - Unload and stage food, room prep for Saturday AM
Saturday, December 16th // 7:30-8:30am - pack food in boxes and help clean up when finished.
Saturday, December 16th // 8:30-11:30m - help distribute food curb-side to famililies who are picking up meals.
All students must be registered for this service opportunity to give us an accurate headcount for logistics. Registration Deadline is Thursday, December 14th.
